Hello, my name is Beau Ritchie and I am the founder/owner of Ythos Consulting.
So… why Ythos? The name was my play on ethos “the distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, or institution” along with what I feel is an essential aspect of any critical business decision and that is answering the why or “Y.”
I’ve spent the last 15 years of my career wearing many hats in all aspects of operations and leadership in the healthcare industry, ranging from Durable Medical Equipment, Behavioral Health, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Through this experience, I found my passion in creating meaningful results, not just from a financial perspective, but in fostering an inclusive environment that values collaboration and empowers employee’s and leaders to achieve success.
From supporting and executing mergers and acquisitions to managing 60 million-dollar operations across multiple time zones, I have developed a broad range of understanding in overall operations. Over the last year, I have researched and supported small business ventures such as brick and mortar retail and fire safety and commercial kitchen suppression systems.
